ERP SCM Specialist

About the Role

Al Qaryan Group is seeking an ERP SCM Specialist with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD). This full-time role, based in Dammam, Eastern Region, focuses on supporting and enhancing Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management processes. The specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics operations, contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and improve supply chain processes.
• Provide support for order-to-cash, logistics, warehouse, and inventory-related business processes.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects with active involvement in design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and customer logistics.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management operations.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with logistics and related modules.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the following areas is considered beneficial:

1. SAP MM (Materials Management)
2. SAP PP (Production Planning)
3. SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires collaboration with various business and technical teams to achieve operational objectives.
