About the Role

TalentHive is recruiting for the position of HSE Officer / Inspector on behalf of a well-established and diversified Saudi Arabian group. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and is open to Saudi Nationals. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strengthening operational standards and HSE practices across a large and diverse environment, with a salary of SAR 6,450 per month.

Role Overview

The HSE Officer / Inspector will work directly with operational teams to ensure safe working environments and monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements. This role supports the continuous development and implementation of HSE standards across the organization, contributing to long-term stability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting workplace HSE inspections and identifying potential hazards.
• Supporting the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitoring compliance with applicable safety and environmental requirements.
• Supporting risk assessments and preventative actions.
• Assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Participating in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
• Maintaining accurate HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Working directly with operational teams to promote safe working practices.
• Identifying and escalating significant hazards or areas of non-compliance.
• Supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience within HSE, safety, compliance, or audit.
• Practical understanding of safety governance, risk management, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to conduct inspections, identify hazards, and support effective corrective actions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Confidence working directly with operational and site-based teams.
• Experience within construction, logistics, industrial, or service-based operations is beneficial.
• Relevant HSE certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Dammam.
