About the Opportunity

TalentHive is collaborating with a well-established Saudi group that is undergoing a significant transformation and Saudization program. As part of the ongoing development of its Finance function, the group is seeking to appoint multiple Senior Accountants in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to SAR 11,025 per month.

Role Context

This role provides an opportunity to join an organization that is investing in its Saudi professional workforce and strengthening its Finance capabilities across a large and operationally diverse business environment. Opportunities are available across three key accounting areas, and candidates will be aligned to the position that best matches their experience and technical strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific accounting area, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the management and control of supplier and payment activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment preparation, petty cash, accruals, and month-end activities.
• Ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and processed in line with internal financial controls.
• Managing key receivables activities such as customer invoicing, account reconciliation, collections, and ageing analysis.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and support accurate and timely month-end reporting.
• Supporting the financial control of fixed assets and inventory, including maintaining asset records, depreciation, additions, transfers, and disposals.
• Performing inventory reconciliation and stock-related accounting.
• Supporting physical counts, variance investigation, and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant accounting field.
• Demonstrated technical strengths in one or more of the following areas: Accounts Payable & Petty Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Fixed Assets & Inventory.
• Ability to ensure accurate recording and processing of financial transactions.
• Capability to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
