About Apave International

Apave International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is crucial for managing the company's recruitment activities and ensuring the timely sourcing and hiring of qualified candidates for approved vacancies.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial vacancy requests to the final stages of candidate onboarding. This position requires a professional who can efficiently identify, screen, and select candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, starting from the receipt of vacancy requests.
Identify suitable candidates through comprehensive screening procedures.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
Coordinate job offers with selected candidates.
Follow up on joining procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related recruitment role.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dedicated team focused on human resources and talent management.
