At GO Telecom, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Project Management Specialist to support our Project Management Office. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on various projects that align with our organizational goals.

At GO Telecom, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Project Management Specialist to support our Project Management Office. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on various projects that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables alongside project managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project performance and provide management with progress, risks, and issues reports.
- Support the PMO in applying project management methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate project meetings, including steering committees and progress reviews.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation for projects.
- Identify potential project risks and issues and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with governance and organizational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 35 years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Expertise in reporting and dashboards development.
- Knowledge of industry-specific project standards.
