About the Opportunity

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals who are eager to contribute to our sales objectives and foster strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their specific needs, and presenting appropriate solutions to drive sales. This position plays a crucial role in achieving monthly targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining professional market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed price quotations and conduct follow-ups with clients to finalize sales transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, proposing strategies for sales growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must hold Saudi nationality.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a sales role.
  • Prior experience in the sales of home decor, doors, kitchens, or cabinets is preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven capability to achieve objectives and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
