About the Role

Tbar Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grants Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the effective management and implementation of grant programs. The specialist will be responsible for evaluating beneficiary cases, conducting necessary studies, and providing recommendations based on thorough analysis to ensure fair and efficient distribution of support in line with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to applicants seeking support, verifying the accuracy of provided information and assessing their social and economic status directly.
• Document all field visits comprehensively with photographs, detailed notes, and necessary reports.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare in-depth case studies, covering social, economic, and health aspects of applicants.
• Utilize approved evaluation models and criteria to classify cases based on eligibility and priority, and prepare comprehensive case studies with appropriate recommendations.
• Write periodic reports on studied cases and submit analytical reports to grants management to support informed decision-making.
• Document all procedures and results accurately within approved organizational systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of performance and achievement reports for grant programs.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, such as social affairs and finance, to streamline processes.
• Follow up on cases after grant disbursement to ensure the desired impact is achieved and continuously update beneficiary data.
• Handle beneficiary inquiries and provide necessary guidance and awareness regarding grant programs.
• Adhere strictly to the organization's grant-specific policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality of all beneficiary information.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout all field activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, grants management, or field work.
• Experience within the non-profit sector is preferred.

Required Skills

• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and report writing capabilities.
• Proven skills in conducting field visits and assessments.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with diverse social groups.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
