Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the production process, SCADA operations, and troubleshooting.
- Material Management: Utilize ERP systems for manufacturing orders and traceability.
- Chemical Management: Manage production area chemicals and ensure their availability.
- Maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring food safety.
- Training: Provide regular training for staff to enhance operational skills.
- Quality Management: Maintain compliance with SOPs, HACCP, and QMS.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols within the production area.
