Join Our Team as a Safety Security Manager!
At TAHAKOM, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions in Smart Mobility and Public Safety. We are currently seeking a Safety Security Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

Job Purpose:
To establish, implement, and maintain a strategic safety and security plan for Tahakom’s facilities. The role involves developing departmental policies and procedures, and overseeing budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and strategizing safety measures.
Managing departmental budgets.
Implementing safety and security programs, such as lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and fire protection.
Advising employees on safety protocols and performing hazard analysis.
Coordinating emergency response capabilities and conducting safety inspections.
Preparing reports on incidents and safety audits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security Management.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Security/Fire Life Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or any related field.
912 years of relevant experience in security/fire life safety management and risk mitigation.
Proven expertise in designing and executing comprehensive security/fire life safety programs for large-scale projects.
Strong leadership abilities to foster collaboration and drive operational excellence.
