We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations effectively. You will be responsible for organizing and monitoring inventory movement, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management and organization of warehouses and monitor inventory movement.
- Develop and implement storage and safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee receipt, issuance, and periodic inventory counts.
- Improve the efficiency of space and resource utilization within the warehouse.
- Manage the warehouse team and delegate daily tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- At least 7 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions.
