Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
- Manage daily housekeeping activities and document any discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison among various departments including Front Office and Engineering.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
- Commit to safety and security policies, reporting any issues effectively.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and address any needs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
