Key Responsibilities:- Manage all food and beverage operations, including Restaurants and Catering.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising skilled personnel.
- Plan marketing strategies and promotions, contributing to business development.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Create and maintain menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences.
- Monitor products and compliance with specifications.
