Job Purpose
Contribute to the growth of the Eight Plan Agency for Advertising and Public Relations by attracting new clients, selling the agency's advertising and marketing services, and building long-term relationships that achieve sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Attract new clients from suitable companies and brands for the agency's services
• Sell advertising and digital marketing services (platform management, advertising campaigns, content, influencers, visual production)
• Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into sellable solutions and services
• Prepare price and commercial offers and negotiate with clients until closing deals
• Follow up with clients after contracting and ensure their satisfaction in coordination with execution teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update client data and sales opportunities and submit regular reports to management
• Represent the agency professionally in meetings and presentations

Educational Qualification
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Experience and Skills
• Previous experience in advertising agency sales or digital marketing

• Good understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital services market
• Time management skills and ability to work on multiple clients
