Pastry Chef to elevate our culinary offerings at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and presenting exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all pastry products.
- Develop and refine pastry recipes with a focus on local flavors.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper ingredient storage.
- Adhere to food safety standards and HACCP protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate new pastry items.
- Support and mentor junior pastry staff.
- Assist in menu planning and costing for pastry items.
What We’re Looking For:- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
- 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and collaborative spirit.
