Position Title: Field Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Section Head
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade, to join our Riyadh team. This role focuses on driving growth, executional excellence, and customer partnerships in retail channel.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value)
• Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate.
• Follow up and audit the collection from the customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills.
• Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.
• Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
• Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.
What Will Make You Successful…
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• +4 years of relevant experience sales Field, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
• Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team.
• Valid Saudi Driving License required.
