The Account Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. This role is central to owning, growing, and retaining assigned client accounts by ensuring the flawless delivery of projects. The Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day client partner and acts as an internal project manager, coordinating efforts across our factory, design, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute each project from end-to-end, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards effectively.
• Coordinate with factory/production, design, and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and according to client briefs.
• Drive account growth and retention by fostering repeat business, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and pursuing upsell strategies within existing client relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling briefs, securing approvals, managing expectations, and resolving issues related to POSM/retail production, activation, events, and exhibitions.
• Assume commercial ownership for account revenue and project margins, proactively identifying and flagging potential scope creep, pricing risks, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination across the group's factory, design, and finance functions to facilitate the profitable delivery of services.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant account management or project coordination capacity.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working collaboratively across internal departments to achieve client objectives.
