About the Analyst Direct Investment Role

Sulaiman Alrajhi Holding is seeking an Analyst for Direct Investment to support its investment strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing the performance of portfolio companies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, provide guidance, identify efficiencies, and track value creation. The analyst will also support efforts to pursue monetization opportunities such as IPOs and M&As to enhance investment returns.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, assessing, and monitoring the day-to-day performance, profitability, and operational efficiency of portfolio companies.
• Provide research, data analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations for portfolio companies regarding market positioning, growth opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Communicate SRH’s investment philosophy, operational best practices, and performance expectations to portfolio company management teams.
• Support the integration of new technologies, process optimization, and change management strategies within subsidiaries to drive operational excellence.
• Support collaboration between SRH advisory directors and portfolio company leadership to identify and execute value-realization events, including IPOs, M&As, and divestment strategies.
• Assist in preparing strategic insights and recommendations on monetization events to maximize value creation for SRH.
• Track and report on the progress of monetization initiatives, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
• Compile and prepare investment performance reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Conduct detailed analyses of portfolio companies and investment trends, identifying opportunities and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the identification and analysis of risks associated with the investment portfolio, ensuring adherence to SRH's risk management framework.
• Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies to address potential threats to portfolio companies and monetization events.
• Coordinate with subsidiary teams to facilitate regular risk assessments, stress tests, and compliance checks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience in investments or related fields.
• Background in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial markets.
• Professional certifications in investment management or CFA are a plus.
