About the Analyst - Workplace Operations Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an Analyst for Workplace Operations to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position focuses on optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of workplace environments through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure workplace operations align with organizational objectives and contribute to employee satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

The Analyst - Workplace Operations will be responsible for a range of critical functions to ensure smooth and effective building operations. Key duties include:

• Overseeing daily building operations, encompassing facility management and maintenance activities.
• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of building assets.
• Supervising service providers and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on-site.
• Tracking building performance metrics for MEP systems, utilities, and safety systems, and addressing any operational gaps identified.
• Providing support for budgeting, cost control, and maintenance planning related to building operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services) or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational analysis, workplace management, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management.
• A good understanding of Facilities Management (FM) contracts, vendor management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
