Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is a reputable company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is integral to our project delivery, focusing on architectural design, coordination, and site supervision.

The Architectural Engineer Role

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of architectural projects from concept through to construction. This involves ensuring design integrity, compliance with project standards, and effective coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a professional who can manage detailed documentation and provide technical support throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, MEP, structural, and project management, to ensure design integrity.
• Review consultants’ drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and relevant codes.
• Support in preparing submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes.
• Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address construction-related issues.

Required Experience

Applicants for the Architectural Engineer position are required to have 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant architectural engineering role.
