Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company (القدية) is developing entertainment experiences in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovative gaming and esports ventures. We are seeking an Assistant Manager Gaming & Esports Strategy Support to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting strategic initiatives within the rapidly evolving gaming and esports sector.

Strategic Contribution

The Assistant Manager will play a role in supporting the strategic development and execution of gaming and esports projects. This includes ensuring that all initiatives align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives for entertainment and leisure development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives designed to cater to diverse audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of gaming and esports events, focusing on logistical efficiency and participant satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks that inform strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling event experiences that engage and attract participants.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of gaming and esports initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting strategic recommendations and project progress.
• Foster relationships with gaming and esports stakeholders, including developers, teams, and sponsors, to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with a strategic focus.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape, including market dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
