About the Beauty Advisor Role

Beauty Solutions Trading is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves representing beauty brands by driving sales through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, who are passionate about the beauty industry, particularly skincare and haircare.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent beauty brands by maximizing sales and contributing to store performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer requirements and assisting them in selecting the right products.
• Demonstrate excellent selling skills, including recommending and cross-selling products.
• Maintain updated product knowledge and brand representation standards.
• Ensure stock is displayed attractively and according to standard layout norms.
• Maintain awareness of store security and housekeeping standards.
• Convert potential customers into buyers.
• Report daily sales figures to head office at the end of each shift.
• Report out-of-stock items and sales losses to head office and advise store management on replenishment needs.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and customer requests.
• Create and maintain a customer database, sharing it with Head Office monthly.
• Engage in self-learning to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Welcome clients in a manner that fosters strong relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sale or festival periods.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Passion for the beauty field, with a strong understanding of skincare and haircare.
• Strong understanding of customer experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sense of initiative.
• Strong intercultural approach.
