About the Role
Creation Business Consultants is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in corporate or professional services within the KSA and wider GCC markets. The role focuses on driving business growth, expanding the client base, and achieving sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's vision, strategy, and direction for business operations. This includes identifying new opportunities, contributing to strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of sales targets. The role involves achieving financial and operational objectives, including sales revenue and profit targets, while managing costs and risks to maintain budgeted profit margins.
Key Accountabilities
- Meeting monthly sales targets consistently.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Managing all allocated internal leads in a timely and effective manner.
- Establishing relationships with key strategic partners and stakeholders to generate new revenue streams and meet annual budgets.
Operational Duties
- Providing accurate and timely weekly and monthly individual sales reports.
- Formulating and presenting effective solutions to clients.
- Preparing and delivering accurate proposals within agreed timeframes.
- Developing alternative strategies for client acquisition.
- Staying informed about legislative and legal changes impacting the business environment.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of annual business development and sales plans.
- Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the CRM system.
- Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the business development pipeline and other relevant departmental strategies.
- Attending networking events to generate new business.
- Identifying target organizations within sectors such as law firms, tax and auditing firms, banking, and multinational corporations.
- Connecting with target partners, C-suite executives, and senior management influencers within these organizations to generate leads and drive sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate services or professional services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- A proven sales track record spanning at least 3 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (*, Zoho).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and wider GCC markets.
