Kaiyiee Global Talent is a fast-growing AI technology company committed to delivering innovative AI solutions to enterprise customers worldwide. As part of our international expansion strategy, we are establishing our Middle East business. We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead this regional growth, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Business Development Director will be instrumental in leading our market expansion across the Middle East. This full-time role involves developing regional sales strategies, building a high-performing local sales team, acquiring key enterprise customers, and driving sustainable business growth. This position offers the opportunity to join an AI company at an early stage of its regional development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Middle East region.
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing local sales team.
Identify and develop new enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide market insights and business recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with team management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Middle East business environment.
Proven track record in enterprise sales and business development.
Existing customer network in the Middle East is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
