About the Business Monitoring Officer Role

Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Business Monitoring Officer. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the company's commitment to providing an optimal online search experience. Bayut connects millions of users across Saudi Arabia, leveraging the collective strength of five brands within the Dubizzle Group to serve over 123 million monthly users.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Business Monitoring Officer will be instrumental in overseeing the performance of the sales staff at Bayut KSA. This role involves consistent monitoring of team commercial activities, including team meetings, site visits, and client observations. The incumbent will be responsible for reporting these observations and activities to the leadership team, providing insights to drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily observations of morning sales meetings, verifying attendance and documenting key discussions and outcomes within the system.
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure regular lead reviews are conducted and properly logged in the system.
• Perform sample call listening for assigned sales staff, providing constructive feedback to line managers and leadership.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing morning meeting minutes, attendance records, and other relevant team performance metrics.
• In coordination with Sales Enablement, Training, and HR Business Partners, initiate weekly or periodic management reviews to discuss the results of monitoring sessions for respective teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial avenues.
