We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to join our team in Riyadh on a full-time basis, leading the strategic direction of our Poultry category.

Role Purpose

This role is central to driving growth and strategic direction for the Poultry category within Almarai’s Protein Business Unit. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping long-term brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and enhancing category performance in a competitive and fast-growing segment of the food industry. This position requires a leader with strong industry experience and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the creation and implementation of a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide all future brand decisions.
• Overseeing the development of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans for the Poultry category.
• Utilizing consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication strategies, and commercial execution.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and end-to-end business delivery.
• Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, ensuring capability growth, robust performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on the Poultry or Protein industry.
• Demonstrated experience as an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager.
• Proven track record in shaping category growth, building powerful brands, and influencing a major regional portfolio.
