About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for its Poultry category within the Protein Business Unit. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, offers the opportunity to lead strategic growth, enhance market positioning, and drive performance in a competitive segment of the food industry. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide all future brand decisions.
• Overseeing the creation of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
• Utilizing consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution.
• Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, focusing on capability growth and performance management.
• Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and effective business delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in branded FMCG, with a preference for experience in the Poultry or wider Protein industry.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results, supported by strong financial and strategic acumen.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
• Strong capabilities in strategic brand planning, annual operating plans, and consumer insight analysis.
