About Keglu Bakery and the Cashier Role

Keglu Bakery is a specialty keto and gluten-free bakery located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are dedicated to providing premium healthy baked goods alongside exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a full-time Cashier to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Cashier will serve as a key point of contact for customers, responsible for accurately processing transactions and ensuring a positive service experience. This role requires an individual who is friendly, customer-focused, and capable of managing various payment methods efficiently while contributing to the overall bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Support the bakery team when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National is required for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of cashier experience in the retail industry.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

• Demonstrated good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
