Role Overview

Enhance is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer for a full-time position. This role is based across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients towards their fitness objectives, managing sessions efficiently, and maintaining professional standards. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in personal training is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and encourage clients to complete sessions and achieve their fitness goals.
• Utilize the trainer application for managing bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations to maintain an organized workflow.
• Communicate effectively with the Head of Trainers regarding any schedule adjustments.
• Prepare client sessions in advance to ensure efficient use of time and clear monthly planning.
• Connect with clients prior to each session to confirm location and timing.
• Provide dedicated training, including necessary tools, workouts, and guidance on building healthy habits.
• Conduct feedback sessions, track, and monitor client progress to address questions and demonstrate support.
• Ensure clients maximize the benefits of their subscriptions to achieve optimal results.

Additional Duties

• Support marketing initiatives by participating in workout videos or tutorials as required.
• Attend weekly office meetings, follow-up sessions, and team engagements.
• Maintain punctuality for all work activities and sessions.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company equipment and gear.
• Represent the brand professionally by wearing provided branded attire during sessions.
• Uphold professionalism, inclusion, and a sense of belonging for all clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment, care, and professionalism in client interactions.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Access to a personal vehicle is essential for performing job duties across various locations.

Professional Environment
