About the Commercial Solutions Delivery Expert Role

stc is seeking a Commercial Solutions Delivery Expert to manage and govern commercial solutions delivery activities within the Commercial Sector. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and customer-centric delivery objectives.

Role Overview and Governance

The role holder is responsible for the overall management and governance of commercial solutions delivery across the Commercial Sector. This includes overseeing project governance, monitoring performance, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position plays a crucial part in ensuring that all delivery activities adhere to business priorities, established governance standards, and customer-focused objectives, in line with stc's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities in Delivery Management

• Lead and govern commercial solutions delivery activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and strategic objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of project management frameworks, governance practices, and performance tracking mechanisms for commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with the CPM Department to align commercial initiatives with approved governance standards and operational priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the Commercial Sector to support efficient, customer-centric, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with the EPMO Department on project portfolio management, governance alignment, and consolidated reporting.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide performance insights to support effective decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with stc's policies, procedures, and governance standards across all commercial project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within commercial solutions delivery practices to enhance governance efficiency and delivery performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in managing and governing complex delivery projects. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring techniques. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations is essential.
