About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Delivery Director to oversee the Commercial Office project. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of cutting-edge office developments, requiring a hands-on leader to drive project execution in alignment with quality, schedule, and budget objectives. The goal is to ensure the creation of world-class commercial office spaces in Riyadh Province.

Core Responsibilities

The Delivery Director will manage the complete lifecycle of commercial office projects, from initial design through to final completion and handover. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive project delivery plans that align with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations. Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams such as architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction is essential for seamless project execution.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process of commercial office projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in project delivery within the commercial office sector or large-scale property developments is required. Proven success in managing complex commercial construction projects to completion is essential.
