About the Role

Hiresquad Resources is seeking a Consultant Card Products Governance & Compliance to join a team in Riyadh. This contract role is critical for ensuring operational discipline, compliance, and accuracy across card products and related activities within the cards function. The consultant will act as a first line of control, supporting leadership in safeguarding processes and maintaining the integrity of customer-facing information and internal documentation.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the internal accountability point for governance within the cards team. The consultant will be a trusted partner to leadership, validating partner deliverables and ensuring all activities align with regulatory, contractual, and operational standards. Success in this position requires persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and strong influence with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review partner and vendor reports to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and operational standards.
  • Monitor contractual timelines, flagging expirations and escalating renewal or closure requirements.
  • Oversee telesales scripts and operations for accuracy and consistency with product documentation.
  • Ensure customer-facing channels, including websites and applications, present accurate and up-to-date card product information.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for card business functions.
  • Audit marketing and product collateral to prevent outdated or conflicting content.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and business cases before escalation to leadership.
  • Support the Head of Cards in governance and oversight activities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, operations, telesales, and vendors to align practices with compliance requirements.
  • Persuasively influence stakeholders to enforce standards, drive corrective actions, and close identified gaps.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in governance and compliance, with specific experience related to card products. Required qualifications include:

  • Between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a structured and methodical approach to tasks.
  • A strong ability to review and interpret contracts, partner agreements, and reports accurately.
