The Core/Reservation Agent Role

The Core/Reservation Agent is a full-time position within a dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. It requires dedication and enthusiasm to ensure every guest receives appropriate care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, ensuring attention and care.
Contribute to the overall goal of exceeding guest expectations.
Manage tasks related to Core operational functions.
Support Sales activities as required by the department.
Handle responsibilities pertaining to Rooms management.

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is located in the heart of the capital, offering proximity to key business areas, shopping centers, and cultural sites. The hotel features 276 rooms, including 39 suites. Dining options include three restaurant venues with a combined seating capacity of 250 guests. Event facilities, comprising a Ballroom and Meeting Rooms, provide 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space. The hotel also offers a world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, alongside high-end facilities and a fitness center. The Spa department operates with a team of 25 colleagues.
