About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Core/Reservation Agent for its property in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and offers a competitive net salary in a tax-free environment.

Role Context

As a Core Agent, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, working towards exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional customer service. The hotel is an architectural icon located in the heart of Riyadh, within the Kingdom Tower, offering a sophisticated environment that blends Saudi heritage with modern luxury. The property features 276 spacious rooms and 39 suites, alongside three exceptional restaurant venues and extensive event facilities.

Responsibilities

The Core Agent will be involved in areas including Core operations, Sales, and Rooms. Key responsibilities include ensuring guests receive the utmost care and attention, contributing to the team's common goal of exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a dedication to upholding the Four Seasons standard of genuine hospitality and personalized service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess a college education or equivalent experience. Essential qualifications include comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship abilities, and proven success in a previous rooms division management position. The ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity, and champion the Golden Rule are also required.
