About the Role

Tandem Interim is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to driving significant improvements in customer interactions and overall service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and foster a culture of service excellence across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead customer experience transformation initiatives.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Drive service improvements using customer insights and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer experience strategies.
  • Define and track CX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.
  • Prepare executive presentations and manage key stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Experience, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
  • Previous experience within a leading consulting firm is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Location and Contract Details

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires candidates to be local KSA talent. The role is offered on a contract basis.
