About the Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Core Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing organizational data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, and developing interactive Power BI dashboards. This role supports executive management by providing data-driven insights and contributes to risk management activities, business analysis, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Monitor, analyze, and report on organizational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks.
• Track business performance against strategic objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights to inform decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and organizational risks.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management.
• Assist in monitoring risk indicators and compliance requirements.
• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.
• Develop presentations and analytical materials for leadership meetings.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and executive performance indicators.

Power BI and Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build automated reporting solutions and data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or diploma degree in any related field.
• Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Management, or Data Analytics is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, specifically in dashboard design and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement principles.
