About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of major hotel asset construction projects in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical in ensuring projects align with the company's strategic vision and are completed to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

The Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion. This site-based position requires close collaboration with supervision consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and government entities, to ensure compliance.
• Monitor project progress through regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management for large-scale construction or development projects.
• Proven experience in site management, working with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia is required.
