About the Design Department Manager Role

Green Group is seeking an experienced Design Department Manager to lead its design team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in design leadership and project delivery. The role is central to ensuring the successful execution of high-quality projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Design Department, overseeing its daily operations.
• Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project-specific requirements, and established deadlines.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, external consultants, and internal project teams.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth and achieve departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing design teams and overseeing the delivery of design projects.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a design team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in coordination to manage multiple project elements and teams.
