About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment processes. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in enabling secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across enterprise environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Develop and manage release automation processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Implement GitOps practices and deployment automation across multiple environments.
• Integrate code quality, security scanning, and testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Development, Platform Engineering, QA, and Security teams to streamline software delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build, deployment, and release processes.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Qualifications and Expertise

The successful candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, demonstrating expertise in key DevOps practices. This includes a strong understanding and practical application of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release automation, containerization, and GitOps to facilitate secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery.

Key Skills and Capabilities

• Experience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and GitOps platforms.
• Strong understanding of software release management and deployment best practices.
• Proven experience delivering cloud modernization and DevOps transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to build secure, scalable, highly available, and automated software delivery platforms.
