Alfanar is seeking a Digital Multimedia Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to enhancing the company's digital presence through compelling visual content across various platforms.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to design and produce engaging digital multimedia content specifically tailored for social media platforms and digital marketing channels. The specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and ultimately enhances online presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital multimedia content, including posts, stories, reels, short videos, and animations, for social media platforms.
• Create visual and motion content that adheres to brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics to ensure high-quality output across all digital platforms.
• Adapt content formats and dimensions to suit the specific requirements of different digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into effective visual assets.
• Support digital marketing campaigns by providing creative multimedia materials.
• Ensure visual identity consistency across all digital channels and compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards for all multimedia outputs.
• Manage timely delivery of multimedia content in line with content calendars and project timelines.
• Maintain and organize digital media assets and files efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

General Accountabilities

• Continuously develop and update soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing task execution and any deviations from plans.
• Address operational problems and escalate complex issues as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements, including developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate and maintain well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area.

Experience Required

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital multimedia design and production.
