About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Director Finance & Procurement to lead and oversee the finance and procurement functions within the organization. This full-time leadership position, based in Riyadh, is central to ensuring effective financial management, optimizing procurement operations, and implementing best practices to support Qiddiya's ambitious projects and initiatives.

Role Mandate

The Director will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial and procurement strategies, managing budgets effectively, and optimizing resource utilization. A key aspect of this role involves driving compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards across all finance and procurement activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver value and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance and procurement departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory standards in finance and procurement activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and financial partners.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for finance and procurement teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and procurement. The position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in both finance and procurement functions, capable of driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
