About the Role

Ameera Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia. This is a senior, full-time position based in Riyadh, focused on cultivating executive-level relationships and generating qualified business opportunities within government, semi-government, and private sector organizations.

Role Context and Objectives

This role is central to expanding the firm's presence and impact within the Saudi Arabian market. The primary objective is to identify and secure new business through strategic engagement, building strong partnerships, and understanding market needs to align with the firm's consulting and delivery capabilities. Success in this position requires a well-established network and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business development and partnership strategy for Saudi Arabia.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across government, semi-government, and private sector entities.
• Proactively identify projects and opportunities, particularly before they enter formal procurement processes.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met by the firm's capabilities.
• Generate qualified opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
• Establish strategic alliances to enhance the firm's market position.
• Provide market intelligence on emerging trends and investment initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An established network across Saudi Arabia with access to senior decision-makers.
• A background in business development, government relations, strategic partnerships, advisory, consulting, or executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with government and semi-government entities.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Executive presence and credibility.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Must be a Saudi National.
