About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is entering a significant growth phase, establishing multiple new businesses. We are seeking a Director - Talent Acquisition to lead hiring initiatives across our incubation portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.

Role Overview and Context

This is a delivery-focused leadership role requiring operation at both strategic and execution levels. The Director will partner closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively engaged in the hiring process. The primary objective is to translate workforce plans into executable hiring strategies and ensure timely delivery for a portfolio of early-stage operating companies (OpCos).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for a portfolio of early-stage OpCos.
• Develop and implement clear, executable hiring strategies based on workforce plans.
• Ensure delivery against ambitious hiring timelines.
• Personally lead complex and senior-level hires.
• Shape talent acquisition approaches in real-time and maintain momentum across all roles.
• Combine pace with precision to build high-quality teams quickly.
• Maintain discipline, structure, and consistent hiring standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong track record of delivering senior and business-critical hires.
• Experience in high-growth, complex, or newly established environments, ideally supporting business build-outs or incubation models.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate workforce plans into practical hiring delivery.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge, influence, and drive decision-making.
• Deep capability in sourcing, engaging, and closing talent across multiple channels, including executive search.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and candidate experience.
• Clear bias for action, ownership, and outcomes.
