DAR AL OMRAN is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join its consultancy team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on contributing to significant construction projects within the region.

The Role of Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will play a key role in supervising electrical works on site, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This position is integral to supporting the successful and timely delivery of projects, particularly within healthcare facilities, by applying strong expertise in electrical systems and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor electrical site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phases.
Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment.
Identify technical issues on site and provide engineering recommendations and solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, progress updates, and comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with extensive site supervision and consultant experience within construction projects. A strong background in healthcare facilities is particularly valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust expertise in electrical systems, project coordination, quality compliance, and overall project execution methodologies.
