This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to provide strategic technical direction and leadership for projects utilizing the Skadina platform. The role is focused on driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and aligning technical solutions with overarching business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

The Skadina Technical Lead will be responsible for defining the technical strategy and long-term vision for initiatives built on the Skadina platform. This includes providing leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring adherence to best practices. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring that technical solutions directly support and align with business goals, driving the adoption of Skadina across teams, and promoting a scalable architecture. The lead will also oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies, collaborating closely with stakeholders and architects on complex solution designs to ensure the platform effectively meets scalability, security, and performance targets.
