Position Overview

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking an Event Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving event sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of various events. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Core Responsibilities

The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for maximizing event revenue and delivering exceptional service by:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to foster repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conducting sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services.
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders accurately and professionally.
