Role Overview

Alrajhi Bank is seeking an experienced Executive Manager, Special Assets Legal to lead the legal execution function for defaulted corporate clients. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a strong background in legal recovery and litigation within the KSA jurisdiction. The successful candidate will manage recovery efforts and settlement proposals through the court system, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Manager, Special Assets Legal will be responsible for:

• Leading the legal execution process for defaulted corporate clients and managing recovery efforts through various courts within the KSA jurisdiction.
• Overseeing the management of settlement proposals for delinquent corporate clients via court proceedings.
• Examining and identifying the fundamental legal causes behind customer underperformance to address critical legal and documentation issues.
• Reviewing and analyzing existing and new documentation for corporate clients within the Special Assets Management (SAM) portfolio to assess the bank's ability to enforce claims against clients and guarantors in execution courts. This includes evaluating the legal terms and conditions of agreements.
• Achieving set financial objectives related to recovery and collection through court actions.

• Managing and overseeing team performance through effective performance planning, coaching, and feedback mechanisms.
• Developing the skills and competencies of team members to foster their professional and personal career growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Minimum Experience: +7 years of experience in execution, recovery, and litigation.
