About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Executive Sales role is integral to driving revenue and maintaining strong guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty.
• Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as a gesture of patronage.
• Promote brand awareness both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department.

This role involves assisting management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model. Adherence to all company policies and procedures is mandatory, including maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. Acknowledging and welcoming guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and expressing genuine appreciation are key aspects of guest interaction. Communication should be clear and professional, with accurate and complete written documents and appropriate telephone etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to concerns are also essential. Monitoring the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards is required. The role may involve reading and visually verifying information in various formats and performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors should also be performed.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required for this role.
