About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Utilize sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Determine and provide complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.

Team and Professional Conduct

This role involves assisting management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model. Adherence to all company policies and procedures is expected, including maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, and protecting company assets. Candidates are expected to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, is essential. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also key aspects of the role. Monitoring the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards is required. The role also involves reading and visually verifying information in various formats.

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may also be performed.
