About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on driving sales, managing guest relations, and supporting the Sales & Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as a gesture of patronage.
• Promote brand awareness both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when processing guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department.

• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with appreciation.
• Communicate using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Perform tasks involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to professional conduct, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with sales techniques and guest service standards is essential.
