About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on driving revenue and maintaining guest satisfaction within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty.
• Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as a gesture of patronage.
• Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department.

This role involves assisting management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and ensuring the confidentiality of proprietary information are essential. Candidates are expected to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and express genuine appreciation. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is required, along with professional telephone etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals are also key aspects of this position. The role includes monitoring the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and the ability to read and visually verify information in various formats. Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is also part of the role.
